How Your Longevity works in real life
We combine lifestyle assessment, at-home epigenetic testing, and structured support to build a more personal plan for people over 40.
Your test helps us see long-term health signals. Your coaching helps turn them into habits that hold in real life.
4 calm steps to better health
1. We start with a conversation and you receive your at-home epigenetic test
We begin with a calm fit call about your goals, health history, and daily life.
You also receive a simple at-home epigenetic test, which gives us a more stable view of long-term health signals.
You share patterns in sleep, stress, food, movement, and recovery.
2. We compare your results with your lifestyle
We look at your test results together with your assessment, routines, food, sleep, stress, training, and recovery.
We do not start with the data alone.
We start with you.
3. We build your personal plan
Your results help us decide what matters most now, what can wait, and what the next useful step should be.
We turn that into a plan that fits real life.
4. We review and retest over time
We compare progress, adjust the plan, and keep the work realistic as life changes.
Retesting helps us see what is improving and where support is still needed.

FAQ
Start here
Who is this for?
Adults 40+ who want a more personal, structured plan built for real life.
What happens first?
We begin with a calm fit call. Then you complete a lifestyle assessment, receive your at-home epigenetic test, and begin heart rhythm screening.
How much time does it take?
Most people spend around 30 to 45 minutes a day following one plan in daily life.
Epigenetic test and results
Do all journeys include an epigenetic test?
Yes. Every Your Longevity journey includes an at-home epigenetic test.
Why do you use epigenetic testing?
It helps us understand long-term health signals and make your plan more personal and more relevant.
Do you only use the test?
No. We combine your test with your conversation, assessment, and real-life patterns in sleep, stress, food, movement, and recovery.
Why do you review and retest over time?
Repeated feedback helps us compare change over time and adjust your plan as your body and habits change.
Your plan and support
What do I receive after the test?
You receive a personal plan based on your goals, your lifestyle assessment, and your epigenetic results.
How does coaching work?
We help you turn insight into simple next steps, follow through in real life, and adjust the plan over time.
Do I need to change everything at once?
No. We focus on what matters most now and start with a few useful steps.
Is heart screening included?
Heart rhythm screening is included in Signature, where closer support and deeper follow-up are part of the journey.
Do you replace my doctor?
No. Your Longevity does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your doctor. We support lifestyle change and help you turn health signals into realistic next steps.
Practical details and privacy
Do I take the test at home?
Yes. Your epigenetic test is taken at home and sent back to the lab.
How is my data handled?
Your data is handled securely and used only to support your Your Longevity journey.
Where do you work?
We currently work with adults globallly.
How do I get started?
You begin with a calm fit call. If it feels like a good fit, we move forward with your assessment and at-home test.
What we track over time
What do you track?
We track useful signals such as sleep, stress, food, movement, recovery, and the patterns that affect daily life.
Do you also track body measurements?
Yes. At the start, we may use body measurements such as waist, hips, thigh, upper arm, and other useful markers to build a clearer baseline.
Do you use lab markers too?
Yes. When relevant, we may use markers such as glucose and insulin signals, lipids, inflammation markers, micronutrients, and fatty acids.
How do you know if the plan is working?
We look for clearer patterns, better follow-through, fewer restarts, steadier energy, and more realistic progress over time.
Why does this journey take time?
Lasting change happens through repeated habits, calmer structure, and feedback over time. Not through quick fixes.
Safety and boundaries
Is Your Longevity medical care?
No. Your Longevity is not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your doctor.
Is this safe for everyone?
We work within clear boundaries and use your conversation, assessment, and health context to decide what is appropriate.
What if life gets busy?
We simplify before we add more.
What if I feel unwell?
If you feel unwell or are worried about your health, you should contact your own doctor.
How do you handle trust and privacy?
We work with accredited labs, follow EU GDPR standards, and never sell your data.
Is medical weight loss part of the journey?
Is medical weight loss part of the journey?
For some clients, yes. If medically relevant, medical weight loss may be part of the broader journey alongside lifestyle support. Your Longevity provides guidance and lifestyle coaching around the process, but the medication itself and the direct treatment costs are paid separately and are not included in the program.
Why do you combine lifestyle support with medical weight loss?
Because medication alone is rarely enough for lasting change. We help clients improve food habits, sleep, stress, movement, recovery, and follow-through so results are more realistic and more sustainable over time.
Refunds, pauses, and real life
Do you offer refunds?
We refund only parts of the journey that have not yet started and materials that have not yet been ordered or shipped.
What is non-refundable?
Tests, consultations, assessment review, personal plans, and coaching support are non-refundable once they have started or been delivered.
What if I need to pause because of illness, travel, or a difficult period in life?
If you already know there is a period where it may be hard to follow the program, talk to us. We are open to finding a realistic way forward. In some situations, we may offer a pause instead of a refund.
Is the program still relevant if life gets busy?
Yes. The point of the program is to support you through both stable periods and more difficult ones. We adjust the plan to real life rather than expecting perfect weeks.
What about holidays and travel?
Holidays and travel are part of real life. We help you simplify the plan and keep the journey realistic during those periods.
What about medical weight loss costs?
Medical weight loss treatment, medication, and related external costs are paid separately and are not part of the Your Longevity program. These costs are not refundable by Your Longevity.
How epigenetic feedback supports your plan
Your DNA doesn’t change, but epigenetics decides how it’s read. Biomarkers translate those switches into clear signals about your health: how fast you’re aging, how resilient your body is, and what it truly needs.
Together, they give you a roadmap to adjust lifestyle, nutrition, and recovery—so you can live longer, stronger, and with more energy.
