We build your plan after a friendly video chat, we take time to learn your life — sleep, stress, food, movement, medicines, goals, and past health. Then we match your plan to your day with clear, simple steps.
3. Daily support and habits
You get help every day. We give you tiny tasks, short exercises, step-by-step guidance, smart reminders, and coach gold-nugget tips. You choose the pace — a full reset or one habit at a time — and we keep you on track.
4. Quarterly coach review
We meet every 3 months online to review wins and key markers and update your plan. Life happens — illness, work, holidays. Your coach helps you get back on track, so new habits become your new normal.

Who should join?
Adults 40+ in DK/EU who want a safe plan at home. You can spend 30–45 minutes a day and follow one plan for 12 months.
What happens first?
You book a free 20-minute fit call. If it’s a match, we send your start kit and a short lifestyle form.
Tests and accuracy
What tests do you use?
An at-home finger-prick that measures 180+ biomarkers; an epigenetic test to see how your lifestyle affects your biology. If helpful, we may add a genetic (DNA) test.
What is epigenetics?
Markers on your DNA that turn genes “up or down.” Sleep, stress, food, and exercise can change these markers. Epigenetics can show biological age and how fast you are aging.
Do I have to give DNA?
Yes—epigenetics is part of making your plan 100% personal. Labs destroy samples after ~3 months. You can ask us to delete your data any time.
How accurate are the results?
Labs are accredited and use current research. For epigenetics, we read hundreds of thousands of DNA markers (CpG sites) for a clear picture. Small day-to-day changes are normal, so we track trends over time and re-test when helpful.
How long do results take?
Most results are ready in 3–5 weeks. We start with your lifestyle plan from day 1 and update it when lab results arrive.
Do I need to stop medicines or supplements?
No. Test on your current routine. Never stop a prescription without your doctor’s advice.
What if my sample fails?
It’s rare. We send a replacement and guide you step by step.

How much time per day?
About 30–45 minutes for your weekly plan and quick logs.
Will I lose weight?
Many see a smaller waist, better energy and sleep, and improved labs. If weight loss is right for you, we do it safely and protect muscle. We do not promise a number on the scale.
Do you offer weight-loss medicine?
Yes. Doctor-supervised, optional, and used only when it’s safe and helpful — always as part of your full plan.
Will this turn my life upside down?
No. Your plan fits your life. Choose your pace: a full reset or one habit at a time. No crash diets. No extreme workouts.
Logistics and privacy
Devices?
Use any modern web browser on phone, tablet, or computer. No app to download.
Can I pause my membership?
If you need a short pause (e.g., surgery or long travel), tell us. We’ll find a fair solution.
Where is my data stored?
We follow EU GDPR. We keep only what we need in secure systems. You can ask us to delete your data.
Can I get my raw data?
Often yes. Ask in your fit call and we’ll explain the format.
Measures we track
What do you track over time?
Body measurements (in cm):
At the start we measure your body at carefully chosen spots: neck, chest, waist (at the navel), hips, thigh, upper arm, and calf.
We also track waist/height (goal < 0.5).
Key labs (examples): glucose and insulin signals, lipids, hs-CRP (inflammation), micronutrients, fatty acids.
We use these plus your sleep, stress, food, and exercise logs to keep your plan clear and personal.
