A calmer way to understand what your body is telling you, and what to do next.

Most people over 40 have more health information than they need. What they are missing is a clear plan that works in real life. We start with a conversation. We read the signals. We build something that fits.

Four calm steps. One honest method

1. We start with a conversation and you receive your at-home epigenetic test

We begin with a calm fit call about your goals and daily life. You receive a simple at-home epigenetic test and share your patterns in sleep, stress, food, movement, and recovery.

2. We compare your results with your lifestyle

We start with you, not the data.

We look at your results together with your routines, sleep, stress, food, and recovery, and decide what matters most.

3. We build your personal plan

Your results help us decide what matters most now, what can wait, and what the next useful step should be. We turn that into a plan that fits real life.

4. We review and retest over time

We compare progress, adjust the plan, and keep the work realistic as life changes. Retesting helps us see what is improving and where support is still needed.

Four honest answers.

FAQ

Why you feel different

Standard blood tests are designed to catch disease, not to monitor how well your body is functioning day to day. Sleep, energy, stress, weight, and recovery often shift years before tests show anything significant. That gap between feeling different and getting a clear answer is exactly what Your Longevity is designed to help you understand and act on.
The four signals that tell us most are sleep quality, energy levels, stress load, and recovery time. These four affect everything else and are the most useful starting point. From there we also look at mood, digestion, weight, strength, and mental clarity as the picture becomes clearer.
No. A long, healthy life is not only about biomarkers and disease prevention. It is also about relationships, purpose, independence, and the ability to keep contributing to the people and world around you. We try to see the whole person, not just the body.

First steps

The easiest way is a 30-minute clarity call. We listen to where you are now, what has and has not worked before, and what feels most important to you. Then we tell you clearly which starting point makes most sense. There is no pressure and no commitment required. Occasionally the right answer is that you need medical support first, and we will tell you that clearly if it is the case.
That is exactly what Baseline is for. We look at your lifestyle, your signals, and your epigenetic results together and tell you clearly what matters most now and what can wait. You do not have to figure that out alone.
No. The body responds to lifestyle change at every age. Research shows meaningful response in people in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. People living with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, weight concerns, sleep apnea, or a strong family history all have real room to improve how they feel and function day to day. If you are living with a diagnosed condition, lifestyle support works best alongside your medical treatment, not instead of it. Starting is always better than waiting.
Usually because the plan was too big for a normal week. When work gets busy, travel happens, or stress rises, a large plan breaks down. We start deliberately small, two or three habits, so that even a stressful week does not break the rhythm completely. Missing a week is not failure. It is normal. We help you return calmly.

What makes this different

Your doctor is trained to find and treat disease. That is exactly what they should do, and we work alongside them, not instead of them. What they rarely have time for is the space between appointments, where daily habits, sleep patterns, stress load, food rhythm, and recovery either build capacity or quietly erode it over time. Your Longevity works in that space. We help you understand what your body is signalling before it becomes a medical problem, and we help you build the daily structure that makes those signals move in the right direction.
A body scan or annual health check gives you a snapshot of one moment in time. It tells you where you are today but not which direction you are moving in, how fast things are changing, or what your daily habits are doing to your body between checks. Most of what shapes your health over time happens in the ordinary days between appointments, in how you sleep, eat, move, and recover. A yearly scan cannot see that. We can. We track patterns over weeks and months, and that is where the most useful information lives.
We follow guidelines, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses rather than single studies or trend pieces. When evidence is uncertain or still developing, we say so openly. We do not chase new study headlines. We follow patterns that hold up over time across multiple sources.

Epigenetics and data

Epigenetic testing gives us a view of your inner biological environment based on years of accumulated lifestyle patterns. It looks at markers like biological age, pace of aging, inflammation, and how your organ systems are functioning, and gives us a picture of how your cells are currently responding to sleep, stress, food, and daily habits. Epigenetic patterns are not fixed. How you live now can have a significant influence on how your everyday life feels when you are 80 and beyond. And the patterns we find today can shift with the right lifestyle changes over time. The test helps us understand where you are today and what is most likely to move the needle for you. It is one useful input, not a diagnosis and not a prediction of your future.
Epigenetic testing gives us useful directional signals, not precise medical diagnoses. The field is developing rapidly and we are careful about what we claim the results can tell us. We use the data as one input among several, always in the context of your lifestyle, your history, and what you are actually experiencing day to day.
Baseline, Momentum, and Signature each include an at-home epigenetic test. The 4-week reset does not. It works with what you can notice and track yourself.
More data is rarely the answer. We help you identify which signals actually change what you do next and which ones you can safely ignore. A single reading tells us little. Patterns over weeks and months are what actually change the plan. We use data to reduce guessing, not to replace judgment. If you already have results from tests, scans, or wearables, we can work with those as part of your starting picture.

Sleep and energy

Sleep is always the first signal we look at. It is not just rest. It is when your body regulates hormones, consolidates memory, and resets metabolism. Even modest improvements in sleep quality often produce noticeable changes in energy, appetite, and stress within days. We start by understanding your current sleep pattern and evening rhythm. A consistent wake time is the single most important anchor for your sleep quality. Going outside within 30 minutes of waking helps set your body clock and improves both sleep quality and daytime energy over time. Late evening screens and alcohol are the two most common sleep disruptors in people over 40 and often the first things we look at together.
Because sleep affects everything else. Energy, appetite, stress, mood, decision-making, and recovery all depend on how well you sleep. When sleep improves, almost every other habit becomes easier to build and maintain.

Strength and nutrition

Muscle is not just about fitness. After 40, maintaining muscle mass supports metabolism, blood sugar regulation, bone density, balance, and your ability to stay independent and capable for decades. Strength is one of the most important things you can invest in and it does not require a gym or extreme training. Even two short sessions a week make a measurable difference.
Real food comes first. Protein is the single most important nutrient to prioritise after 40, supporting muscle, fullness, and recovery. A varied diet with enough protein, fibre, and micronutrients does things a supplement cannot fully replace. That said, we are realistic. If a full food change feels impossible right now, a simple supplement is better than nothing. We never build the plan around supplements and we do not sell them.

Everyday life

A consistent wake time, five minutes of daily check-in, and a willingness to start smaller than feels necessary. For example, noticing how you slept, how you feel, and what you ate. That is it to start. Add two short strength sessions a week when you are ready. We do not ask for perfect weeks. We ask for honest ones.
Most people spend 20 to 30 minutes a day, a short check-in, a walk, a calmer meal. We design the plan to fit your real schedule, not an ideal one.
We design the plan around your real schedule, not an ideal one. Most people start with two or three small habits. When life gets busy, we reduce the plan. When things settle, we build again. The goal is habits that hold in ordinary weeks, not just good ones.
Yes. Travel is part of real life. We simplify the plan during those periods and help you keep the essentials without pressure.
No. We do not ask you to give up the things that make life worth living. We help you understand which habits move the needle most and which ones you can keep exactly as they are.

Support and coaching

We help you turn insight into simple next steps, follow through in real life, and adjust the plan over time. The goal is not to have you depend on us forever. It is to help you trust yourself more as time goes on.
We use AI to support pattern recognition and help us prepare better for your reviews. AI never replaces the judgment of your coach or your own doctor. It helps us see patterns in your data more clearly. It does not make decisions about your health.
No. The goal of every programme is to help you need us less, not more. We are not building a dependency. We are building your own capacity to read your signals, make calm decisions, and return to rhythm when life gets in the way. Most people finish a programme with a clearer sense of what their body needs, a set of habits that have become part of ordinary life, and the confidence to keep going on their own. Some people choose to continue with lighter support over time. Others feel ready to go independently. Both are good outcomes. We will tell you honestly when we think you are ready to continue without us.
You are always in charge. We suggest, you decide. If something does not feel right, we want to know. The plan is a starting point, not a contract. We adjust based on what works for you in real life, and we respect your right to decline any suggestion we make.
No. We focus on what matters most now and start with a few useful steps. If life becomes stressful, the plan gets smaller, not bigger.

Medicine and boundaries

Your doctor protects your safety, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and medical monitoring. Your Longevity supports the daily lifestyle structure that healthcare rarely has time to provide: sleep, food, movement, stress, recovery, and follow-through. We work alongside your doctor, not instead of them. If we see signs that something needs medical attention, we tell you clearly.
No. Your Longevity does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your doctor. We support lifestyle change and help you turn health signals into realistic next steps. Medical safety always comes first.
The heart is one of the most important signals we follow in a longer programme. Continuous heart rhythm monitoring gives us information that a standard annual check cannot provide. It lets us see patterns over time, not just a single reading on one day. For people over 40, early signs of irregular heart rhythm are often missed precisely because they do not show up during a brief appointment. Monitoring over weeks and months gives us a much clearer picture. If anything unusual appears, we refer you to your doctor immediately. The monitoring supports the plan. It does not replace medical assessment.
For some clients, yes. If medically relevant, medical weight loss may be part of the broader journey alongside lifestyle support. Medical weight loss treatment is supervised by a doctor, not by Your Longevity. The medication itself and direct treatment costs are paid separately and are not included in the programme. Medication supports the process. It does not replace the lifestyle work.
Your Longevity is a lifestyle support service, not a regulated medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We operate under EU consumer protection and GDPR data protection regulations. Our epigenetic testing is carried out by accredited laboratories. If you have questions about the regulatory status of any part of our service, we are happy to answer them directly.
If you feel unwell or are worried about your health, contact your own doctor.

Results

We do not promise specific outcomes. What most people notice over time is steadier energy, better sleep, fewer restarts, and more clarity about what their body needs. Results vary between people and depend on many factors including starting point, consistency, and circumstances outside the plan. Because everyone's biology and starting point differ, the same habits can produce different results in different people. That is why we personalise the plan rather than follow a standard protocol. We support the process. We cannot predict or guarantee the outcome. Being honest about uncertainty is not a weakness in what we offer. It is part of what makes it trustworthy.

Practical details

Your data is handled securely under EU GDPR standards and used only to support your Your Longevity journey. It is never sold.
Only your coach and the Your Longevity team working directly with you have access to your data. We work with accredited labs that handle test samples under strict confidentiality. We do not share your data with third parties, insurers, or employers. Your data is never used for advertising or sold to any third party.
If you end your programme, your data is retained for the period required by EU GDPR regulations and then deleted. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
If there is a period where it is genuinely hard to continue, talk to us. In some situations we can offer a pause. We would rather you return calmly than feel pressured to keep going through a difficult stretch.
We refund only parts of the journey that have not yet started. Once a test has been ordered, a plan has been prepared, or coaching support has begun, those parts are non-refundable. If you are unsure whether this programme is right for you, we encourage you to start with a clarity call before committing.
Epigenetic feedback

One layer of feedback.
Not a verdict.

How you live today and how you have lived over the past decades shapes your inner biological environment.

Your organs do not all age at the same speed. Think of it as a speedometer. Some systems run faster than others. Epigenetic markers help us see which direction things are moving and where to focus first.

How well you sleep, how you manage stress, what you eat, and how much you move all leave measurable traces in your biology. Small consistent choices compound over decades.

Most people want to stay capable, independent, and energetic well into their later years. These signals help us understand what supports that and what gets in the way.

How you live now can have a meaningful influence on how your daily life feels at 80. Not as a promise. As a direction worth moving in.

And because epigenetic patterns respond to how you live, they can shift. That is the point.

Data is feedback, not destiny.
